Job Summary

To operate and minimize revenue leakage by maintaining & develop the reconcile report , detecting the complex revenue case, gathering & analyze information, and preparing the revenue report support business use-case. Including being a coordinator with the business & solution team to ensure that the project is accurate and on time.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop them by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Control the solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers or outsourced resources.
• Handle systematic and ad-hoc reporting, ensure timely alerting and case escalation, launch investigations, follow up for robust closure, and submit reports to management.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0 - 3 years experience in monitor, analyzing reconciliation reports, system analyst, design with documentation and coordinating with relevant agencies to make corrections.
• Proficiency in programming skills such as Java, Unix, SQL, Script, Python etc.
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve the system issue.
