HYTORC is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Growth Manager for our markets in China and Mongolia. This individual will help HYTORC capitalize on the massive potential our world-class products & support offer. We are solving BIG problems, and have a big vision about industrial bolting. Although this position is challenging, it provides the chance to truly control your own future.

Responsibilities

· Overall growth of the markets in China and Mongolia.

· You will be working with an exclusive dealer/distributor and his sales agent in China and Mongolia to help foster growth.

· Assist in finding qualified sales professionals and provide technical training along with sales leadership.

· Manage new and existing sales representatives to ensure they are hitting their sales goals on an annual basis.

· Identify new emerging industries in territory and work with the sales team to implement a strategy to go after as many industries in the country as possible.

· Identify weakness in competitors and understand customer pain points to help sales team offer solution selling that help overcome price concerns.

· Work intimately with the current exclusive distributors and report back to HYTORC HQ on industries and markets we are not currently working in so a plan can be made to go after said markets and industries.

· Assist in the communication between headquarters and foreign office.

· Respond promptly to time sensitive situations to improve/resolve any pending issues

· Take ownership of product growth in target markets while energizing sales team

· Analyze market and make intelligent decisions in order to capitalize on current conditions

· Ensure compliance of all customer service policies.

· Partner with executive management to drive product and customer priorities

· Ensure compliance with all marketing initiatives and brand management.

· Position will be based in Mahwah, NJ with a minimum of 60% international travel.

Qualifications

· 5 + years of extensive sales management success in China and examples to prove it.

· MUST HAVE lived and worked in China in the past

· MUST HAVE experience within heavy industry (power generation, oil & gas, mining, construction, etc.)

· Experience with sales analytics i.e. performance vs. goals; mange pipelines; KPI etc.

· Experience successfully driving new business

· Bachelor’s degree

· Great software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Self-driven with the ability to operate without direct authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 600,000.0元 - 800,000.0元 per year
