Who is hiring?

For a Swiss Family Office based in Zurich, we are looking for a Relationship Manager for Eastern Europe!

Tasks

You will work in a team in Zurich and be responsible for the following:

  • general office administration and accounting
  • telephone and written client contact
  • managing client portfolios and investment advice
  • preparing client visits
  • supporting management in their daily tasks
  • risk management and compliance
  • highly motivated employee
  • you will perform your duties quickly and reliably, work with the utmost care and discretion, and have an appropriate to the clientele
Requirements

We look forward to receiving your application if you also meet the following requirements:

  • completed university education
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, ideally with clients from Eastern Europe
  • very good English language skills (written and spoken), Ukrainian or Russian language skills would be an advantage, also German would be a plus
  • very good MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel and Outlook
  • very good knowledge of traditional private banking products and investment instruments
  • very good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in Switzerland
  • strong client and service orientation
  • high degree of willingness to learn and to work hard, as well as very good organizational skills
  • reliable, team player, motivated and loyal personality
  • ability to work on multiple priorities under time pressure
