职位目标:
依据公司整体销售政策,合理制定及实施区域内的零售策略,完成所辖区域的销售目标。
主要工作职责:
负责所辖区域零售市场的开发、维护与管理。包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、重点零售客户管理、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈以及所辖区域内终端客户销售策略的有效执行。 确认下属代表的固定拜访路线,确保辖区内权重门店百分百覆盖。 通过对零售代表的管理,提升公司产品在本区域内的销售目标,提升市场占有率,提高对本区域终端市场的掌控能力。 负责所辖区域终端客户的管理,包括渗透、价值链、陈列、新品铺货、培训、问题解决等。 与区域渠道营销团队密切配合,制定、准备和管理零售渠道的POSM和相关销售物料,拜访重点客户的终端门店,监督重点客户销售活动的执行。通过SR辅导,管理零售代表,提升零售代表业务水平。 保持与连锁管理团队密切沟通,及时反馈市场信息,密切配合确保有效供应。

任职条件:
- 文化程度(学历/专业)
大专或以上学历
- 任职经验
两年以上的医药商业、零售销售经验,外资工作经验优先
- 专业知识/技能
了解商业、零售操作的相关法律和法规;
- 计算机及外语水平
熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是EXCEL
- 能力要求
基本销售技能
良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
逻辑思维和市场分析能力
